Mitchell has won all three of his fights since joining the UFC via The Ultimate Fighter, notching a rare Twister submission when he tapped Matt Sayles in the first round back in December.
Rosa was also victorious in his last fight and beat Manny Bermudez with an armbar two months earlier, his first fight in more than two years following a lengthy lay-off due to a neck injury.
Rosa’s three career losses have come against classy opponents while Mitchell is yet to face anyone of genuine note, but -160 (1.63) favorite, “Thug Nasty,” holds the upper-hand in fight fitness.
