NFL Futures Betting – 2021-22 NFL Super Bowl Odds
Last year, NFL fans witnessed Tom Brady winning yet another Super Bowl ring, but this time, as a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They have great odds to win it again, but not the best!
We are going to take a look at the NFL Super Bowl odds, and how the top teams look heading into the longest season in the history of the league.
Super Bowl odds via Caesars Sportsbook:
Kansas City Chiefs +500
It’s no surprise that the Chiefs have the best odds to win another Super Bowl. They’ve made it the past two seasons, just coming up short last year to Tampa bay. No one would have guessed that their high-powered offense would only score nine points against the Bucs.
Patrick Mahomes has been one of the most electrifying players in the NFL for the past couple of seasons. Along with Andy Reid, they are going to have a target on their backs for a long time.
It’s likely that the Chiefs finish the season with similar odds. I would still guess that they remain as the top choice for bettors to win a Super Bowl.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers +650
The defending champs! Brady seems to be ageless. He’s now 44 years old and entering his second season at a Buccaneer. Luckily for him, his team is just as good, if not better, than last season.
Brady has the weapons he needs for his 8th Super Bowl win. Leonard Fournette will be taking most of the carries out of the backfield, and Antonio Brown, Chris Godwin, and Mike Evans will be on the outside.
Even with an offense led by Brady, the Bucs have a tremendous defense. They also added Ndamukong Suh over the offseason, who is a scary man on the defensive line.
Buffalo Bills +1200
Bills Mafia was happy to see Brady leave the AFC East. Buffalo was able to capture the division last season and will likely do the same this year.
If Josh Allen won a Super Bowl for the Bills, he would be an absolute legend in Buffalo. He was a high fantasy pick for many this season, expecting to have one of the best seasons among quarterbacks. He also has the fourth-best odds to win the regular-season MVP.
If this team is going to have success this season, Stefon Diggs is going to have to stay healthy. He will be a big part of a postseason push.
Los Angeles Rams +1400
Sean McVay made a big entrance into the NFL, making the Super Bowl in 2019. But since then, there hasn’t been much to discuss for the Rams. So, it was time for a switch at QB.
Matt Stafford will be taking over for Jared Goff, who was traded to the Detroit Lions. Stafford has been a great quarterback but was never able to get over the hump on Detroit.
He will have a much better team in LA to go along with a beautiful new stadium. Plus, the best defender in the league, Aaron Donald, will be a force on the defensive line.
Green Bay Packers +1400
The Green Bay Packers could have had a reality show this offseason. There’s been a lot of drama surrounding Aaron Rodgers.
They still have a lot of worries for next season if Rodgers leaves, but they still have a good team in Green Bay. I doubt teams will give them much trouble in the NFC North.
Devante Adams is a top receiver that is at home with Rodgers throwing him the ball. Jaire Alexander has emerged as one of the top defensive backs in the league, giving the Packers a solid secondary.
San Francisco 49ers +1400
For most teams in the NFL, the best couple of players are the most notable names associated with a team. However, that is a bit different in San Francisco.
Head Coach Kyle Shanahan took the 49ers to the Super Bowl in 2019, losing to the Chiefs. That was only his third season as head coach.
He will have Jimmy Garoppolo behind center again this season, with a top tight end in George Kittle. But the NFC West will be a very tough division.
Baltimore Ravens +1400
Watching Lamar Jackson is pure entertainment. The former MVP is such as threat with space. Defenses have to execute a plan to keep him in the pocket.
Running back JK Dobbins tore his ACL, so he will be out for the entire season. That definitely should have an impact on their NFL Super Bowl odds. The team has to look for additional backs to help out Gus Edwards.
They did pick up Sammy Watkins in the offseason to give Jackson more weapons on the outside, but I think they were hoping for more.
Cleveland Browns +1600
Browns fans have something to be excited about. This team has a shot. Baker Mayfield has been one of the only Browns quarterbacks to last more than a season.
But he does have some pressure. Cleveland has a lot of talent surrounding him, including running back Nick Chubb. To go along with the running game, Odell Beckham Jr. will be back and healthy to start the season.
They are going to have to beat the Steelers and Ravens to win the AFC North, which they haven’t done since 1989.
Tennessee Titans +2500
The Titans may be the most underrated team in the league. If you are looking for a good value future bet, this could be it.
Derrick Henry is a monster. Fantasy owners were incredibly pleased with his performance last season. To make things even better, the team has added Julio Jones, who many say is the most dominant receiver when healthy.
This will be the best Titans team in a long time. And if the Colts don’t figure out their problems at quarterback, winning the AFC South won’t be an issue.
Remaining Teams
Here are the remaining 2022 NFL Super Bowl odds via Caesars. These odds are prior to Week 1.
Seattle Seahawks +2500, New England Patriots +3000, Miami Dolphins +3000, Dallas Cowboys +3000, Los Angeles Chargers +3000, New Orleans Saints +3000, Indianapolis Colts +3500, Arizona Cardinals +4000, Minnesota Vikings +4000, Denver Broncos +4000, Pittsburgh Steelers +4000, Chicago Bears +5000, Washington Football Team +5000, Atlanta Falcons +6000, Carolina Panthers +8000, Las Vegas Raiders +8000, Philadelphia Eagles +8000, New York Giants +8000, Cincinnati Bengals +12500, Jacksonville Jaguars +12500, New York Jets +12500, Detroit Lions +20000, Houston Texans +25000
The Colts could be a team to watch out for. If Carson Wentz can return healthy, he has already proven to be a great quarterback if he has the talent around him. This is the team that the Colts wanted for Andrew Luck. All of the pieces are there.
The Cardinals will also be exciting with Kyler Murray. JJ Watt will be an additional force on the defensive end.
And then there’s the Texans. They are going to struggle.
