Race to 10 is a relatively new prop bet offered on NFL betting sites that has grown in popularity at some of the best sportsbooks, such as bet365 and Unibet app.

How does Race to 10 bet work?

What you are doing here is getting good odds to bet on a team getting out to a 10-0 lead on its opponent. This is a bet to make if you think one team is superior to the other, but you’re not willing to give say 14. or more points, for the game at -110 odds.

Example

So let’s say the Super Bowl champion New England Patriots are playing the Arizona Cardinals and you feel the Patriots are going to jump out to a big lead, play the Race to 10. If New England takes a 10-0 lead, you win your bet.

And it doesn’t matter what happens after that. The Cardinals can come back and make it a close game, or even win. Or the Patriots could go onto win, 50-0, it doesn’t matter. If it was 10-0, you’re a winner.
