Cleveland comes in as the talk of the NFL, after going 7-8-1 last year in the first year with Baker Mayfield under center. The Browns are picked by many to make the playoffs for the first time since 2002 after going 7-8-1 in 2018. They added some key players, and this offense could be more dangerous. Four of the last five times these two teams have played, the over has hit.
