What to Know: The Titans recorded their third straight 9-7 season in 2018, except while that was good enough to make the playoffs in 2016 and 2017 it wasn’t last year. The division has clearly gotten better and if the Titans aren’t careful they could end up being the fourth place team in the division. The team did fill two weaknesses in free agency by addressing the offensive line (Roger Saffold) and the pass rush (Camron Wake).

Best Players: Running back Derrick Henry took over as the lead back in the middle of last season and instantly made the Titans better. He’ll be the center of the offense in 2019. Quarterback Marcus Mariota doesn’t put up a huge numbers, but he can make big plays and is good in the clutch. Mariota’s main problem since he came in the league is staying healthy.

How to Bet: Tennessee plays a conservative ball control offense and a 3-4, bend but don’t break defense. That usually leads to tough, low-scoring games. The under was a winner in 10 of their 16 games last season. So if you’re betting the Titans, take the under in the over/under bet.
