The 2020 NFL season has not been kind to the San Francisco medical team, and a tough-looking lineup of fixtures in November could see the franchise struggle to win another game this month.

Kyle Shanahan’s side are 4-4 after eight weeks of the campaign, but things could quickly despair ahead of meetings with the Green Bay Packers (at home), New Orleans Saints and Los Angeles Rams (both on the road). Thankfully a November bye week should offer some reprieve, but their chances still look fairly grim in the short term.
