One major factor that looks to run in Tampa Bay’s favor is the increase in confidence Lowe is bound to enjoy in the wake of hitting two home runs against the best the National League has to offer. ESPN Stats & Info pointed to evidence suggesting the Game 1 winner has an overwhelming history in going on to win the World Series, but the Rays’ response in Game 2 hints at their strong chances of a comeback:

If winner odds aren’t for you, the Rays are also priced at +125 to score more than 3.5 runs at Sugarhouse. The Underdogs also look deceptive at +150 to be the first team to score a run on the night, or +310 to score the first run and win, a bet that would have paid up in Game 2.

The Dodgers are undoubtedly stacked with talent, but the Rays’ depth in talent capable of muting their strengths isn’t to be underestimated as Cash hopes to work more magic in Arlington.
