NFL Super Bowl Futures Through Week 14

It’s been an entertaining year in the NFL. There doesn’t seem to be an obvious bet to make regarding who will make it to the Super Bowl.

Our PickStar Challenge has been highlighting the top games every week. We have even given away several thousand dollars to the winners, making this season even more exciting for some!

Let’s take a look at the current NFL futures for winning the Super Bowl. The odds are via PointsBet, which has an awesome new customer bonus if you have yet to sign up.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers +450

The Buccaneers have run away with the NFC South, which was expected. At this point, I’m not comfortable betting against Tom Brady.

He was the oldest ever NFL MVP at age 40, and he is having another MVP-worthy season at 44. No surprise that they have the best odds to win it all. If they do, will Brady leave while he’s on top?

Kansas City Chiefs +550

The beginning of the season did not go how the Chiefs intended. However, they’ve turned things around. They’ve now won six straight, and obviously know what it takes to win the Super Bowl.

The offense hasn’t been the same, struggling with turnovers. But the talent is still hard to match. The defense has had their back over the past six weeks, giving up an average of 12 points per game. If that continues, they will be hard to beat.

Green Bay Packers +700

The main downside of the Packers is their special teams. Last week, they gave up a 97-yard punt return touchdown against the Bears.

But Aaron Rodgers. In my opinion, he’s the best quarterback ever with only one Super Bowl ring. If he happens to get another with Green Bay, it will be interesting to see what he decides to do next season.

New England Patriots +750

I never thought this would happen with Mac Jones so soon. I would love to see the Patriots get matchup up with Brady and the Buccaneers in the Super Bowl.

Bill Belichick has shown his dominance this season, especially after the win against the Bills. He came out with a perfect game plan to beat a team while only throwing the ball three times.

Arizona Cardinals +900

Their chances were definitely affected after losing to the Rams on Monday night. At times, they look like the best team in the league. But I’m not sure if I can trust Kyler Murray quite yet.

He made some major mistakes on Monday, throwing for multiple interceptions.

Dallas Cowboys +1100

Jerry Jones has come out and said that he agrees that Dak Prescott is in a slump. After he came back from his injury, I figured he would get right back to where he left off.

However, the offense has struggled. Ezekiel Elliot hasn’t been as dominant as they would like. They have some loose ends to deal with before competing for a Super Bowl, but it could still happen if Prescott improves.

Los Angeles Rams +1100

After beating the Cardinals, the Rams have a shot at the NFC West. They are one of the best teams on paper but haven’t always shown that on the field.

Picking up Odell Beckham Jr. has proven to be a huge move after the Robert Woods injury. Sean McVay has a real chance to make it back to the Super Bowl with this team. I love seeing Matt Stafford on a contender.

Buffalo Bills +1400

Before the season began, many people loved the Bills’ chance to make it to the Super Bowl. But those chances have not improved…at all.

They have now lost back-to-back games against the Patriots and Buccaneers. If they make the playoffs, it will be as a wildcard. The AFC East still belongs to the Patriots!

Tennessee Titans +1800

After losing Derrick Henry, I thought it was over for the Titans. But the latest reports indicate that he will be back in time for the playoffs.

Betting on the Titans is a risk, since it really all depends on how ready Henry is to return. If he rushes it and isn’t effective, then they won’t make it far.

Los Angeles Chargers +2000

The Chargers are just behind the Chiefs in the AFC West and will play them on Thursday night. They are a fun team to watch, but I don’t see this team making it too far in the playoffs.

I think Justin Herbert will win a Super Bowl, but not yet. They also need Austin Ekeler to be healthy.

Baltimore Ravens +2800

As a Louisville grad, I love watching Lamar Jackson. But it’s been tough the past couple of weeks. The offense is struggling to score, and it doesn’t help that he was taken out of the game with an ankle injury.

Reports say that Jackson will be back on the field this weekend. We will see if they can come out of this slump.

Indianapolis Colts +3300

The Colts are one of the hottest teams in the league. After losing the first three games of the season, they have gone 7-3.

They have a huge test on Saturday against the Patriots. The line will be very close. Belichick will have to focus on stopping Jonathan Taylor and the Colts run game.
