Fanatics Sportsbook is currently live in five states: Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Ohio, and Tennessee. The company reportedly has imminent launch plans in Virginia and West Virginia, and has approval to operate in Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
