NCAA March Madness Sweet 16 Sunday odds, predictions, and best bets with TV schedule
Well, at least the Sunday half of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament looks relatively normal compared to the other side. Maybe this is the new normal they speak about all the time.
By the time midnight strikes on Sunday night, we could see most of the Cinderellas gone from the tournament. But will one make it through to the Elite 8?

Sweet 16 Sunday West Region
The picks: Gonzaga -13 (if you can get that number), USC ML (-115)
- 1-Gonzaga (-1250) vs. 5-Creighton (+700), 2:10 p.m. EDT (CBS and Fubo.TV)
- Gonzaga -13.5, total 158.5
- 6-USC (-115) vs. 7-Oregon (-115), 9:45 p.m. EDT (TBS)
- USC -1, total 139
Betting Preview
Gonzaga is now 28-0, and no team has been spared from the Zags swath of destruction this season. Creighton just about squeaked into the Sweet 16, but are now the biggest underdog on the board.
USC beat Oregon 72-58 in the Pac-12 regular season a month ago, and comes in as the slight favorite to repeat the feat. The Trojans blew out Kansas by 34 last game, and have the Mobley brothers leading the way. Oregon has Chris Duarte, and this should be the best game of the weekend.
Most of the lines are consistent, but you can get Gonzaga at -13. USC is -1, but expect some movement.
Sweet 16 East Region Games
The picks: FSU +3.5 (take the extra half point), Alabama -6 (-5.5 if you can find it)
- 1-Michigan (-162) VS. 4-Florida State (+133), 5 p.m. EDT (CBS and Fubo.TV)
- Michigan -3.5, total 145
- 2-Alabama (-265) vs. 11-UCLA (+210), 7:15 p.m. EDT (TBS
- Alabama -6, total 142.5
Betting Preview
In the first East game, you can get Michigan at -3 with some books, and FSU at +3.5 with others. It depends on which team you want to take. Michigan is still banged up, and this is a very good Florida State team.
UCLA is on a roll after its overtime win over Michigan State in the First Four, and now gets to take on Alabama, which is +200 (just like FSU) to move into the Final Four, behind Michigan (-106). Those odds will change, of course, if Michigan loses. So if you like the Crimson Tide, jump on them now to win the bracket.
Most of the lines are consistent for the Alabama game.
