Marcin Prachnio vs. Mike Rodriguez UFC Predictions, Odds & Picks

Author: americangambler | Last Updated: August 19, 2020

Fighting in the UFC hasn’t been all it’s cracked up to be for Marcin Prachnio, who fights “Slow” Mike Rodriguez on Saturday in the hopes of avoiding a third straight knockout loss in his third bout with the promotion.

William Hill have placed Rodriguez as the -240 favorite ahead of his first fight since December 2019, while Prachnio is returning to the Octagon after almost two years away. His last fight was a TKO defeat to Magomed Ankalaev in September 2018, having been knocked out by Sam Alvey earlier that year in his UFC debut.

The +185 underdog takes on another combatant who lost his own promotional debut in Rodriguez, except the latter at least has a UFC win to his name in four outings (one win, two losses, one no contest).

It seems highly unlikely we’ll see all three rounds considering eight of Rodriguez’s 10 career victories have come via knockout, which also accounts for 10 of Prachnio’s 13 professional wins.

Prachnio enjoyed an eight-fight winning streak in other companies before coming to the UFC, but Rodriguez looks more at home at this standard and looks deserving of the frontrunner tag. Check out bet365 NJ bonus code review.
