Ketlen Vieira vs. Sijara Eubanks Betting Odds & Prediction

A singular women’s fight will grace the card at UFC 253, with Ketlen Vieira attempting to get back on the winning track against a surprise opponent in Sijara Eubanks.

Eubanks finds herself on the main card after taking this fight on short notice, stepping in as a replacement for Marion Reneau on one week’s notice, per ESPN’s Brett Okamoto:

Vieira suffered the first loss of her career when she was knocked out by Irene Aldana in December,  but that hasn’t stopped William Hill listing her as a -190 favorite for her first bout of 2020.

The Brazilian went unbeaten in the first 10 fights of her career, and while there may be temptation to jump on Eubanks as the unlikely +160 underdog, the short-notice nature of her involvement won’t do her chances much good.

That being said, the superior bet may be to back Vieira at +100 to win via decision given Eubanks has never been finished, and “Fenomeno” isn’t the most potent finishing threat.
