Majors season gets underway in golf when The Masters makes its return on April 8, and Jordan Spieth’s odds of winning one of the sport’s top prizes are looking better by the tournament.
The former American prodigy has gone through something of a dry spell in recent years by his own high standards, finishing among the top five in just one of the last 10 majors held. The 27-year-old is still leaving something to be desired in his finishing after ending the Arnold Palmer Invitational with three bogeys and a three-putt par across the last four holes. However, if he can start maintaining standards across the fourth day once more, we may see a long-awaited comeback for one of golf’s greatest modern talents.
