Jim Miller vs. Vinc Pichel Fight Prediction & Betting Odds Preview

Author: americangambler | Last Updated: August 14, 2020

Odds-based prediction on: Jim Miller (+110) vs. Vinc Pichel (-130).

Two mixed martial arts veterans will lay it on the line when Jim Miller and Vinc Pichel close the preliminary card on Saturday, with the pair posting a combined age of 73.

Pichel, 37, boasts a very respectable 12-2 career record (5-2 in the UFC), but finishes have been far harder to come by for the fighter after he entered the promotion in 2011 with a 7-0 record—all via knockout or TKO.

“From Hell” is the -130 favorite at William Hill, but New Jersey native Miller has stood up against some of the most illustrious names in the lightweight division and could surprise at +110.

The Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt could look to hand Pichel his second submission defeat in three fights after Gregor Gillespie beat the latter via arm triangle in June 2018.

Miller has also been the far more active of the two fighters after already fighting twice in 2020, and  a +333 price with Pointsbet for “A10” to collect the win via decision may be where the value lies.

Prediction: Miller via decision
