Is it legal to bet at FanDuel sportsbook in Hawaii?

FanDuel‘s daily fantasy sports (DFS) services are not currently operating in Hawaii, which has some of the strictest gambling laws in the United States.

DFS sites such as FanDuel are legal in the majority of the United States after being legalised and regulated as games of skill rather than luck.  However, Hawaii doesn’t have a single casino, horse or dog track, card house, bingo hall or any online betting. That said, there have been signs since 2018 that there is increased support to introduce legislature in the state.
