Is it legal to bet at FanDuel sportsbook in Colorado?

FanDuel is a sportsbook and daily fantasy sports (DFS) website offering residents of Colorado legal fantasy wagering options in sports such as the NBA, NFL and MLB.
Not many states prohibit DFS apps, and FanDuel has been live in Colorado for a number of years. Online sports betting isn’t yet regulated in Colorado, but FanDuel and other DFS apps have been ruled a game of skill rather than pure chance.
The state has a batch of casinos operating in Central City, Four Corners, Black Hawk and Cripple Creek areas, and it’s predicted new legislature to regulate online sports betting could be discussed in late 2019.
