BetStars is a sportsbook and online gambling platform that operates as part of Stars Interactive, a division of Canadian gaming and online gambling company, The Stars Group Inc.. However, BetStars remains unavailable to residents in Arkansas.
Arkansas has made fast progress on gaming laws since late 2018 and is in the process of passing legislation that would expand betting opportunities in the state. The Arkansas Racing Commission was put in charge of governing gambling within the state, which includes casino facilities at two (soon to be four) racetrack sites.
