How to Play Keno Online? Rules, Strategy, Bets and Cards

The game of Keno is a simple game that can be learned in no time at all. Although quite similar to bingo, the game also incorporates elements of roulette and poker.

Getting Started

The first thing you will have to do is open an account at one of the many sites available online. You can either do some research or just go with a recommendation from a site. Make sure to check who offers the bonuses and rewards.

Get Keno Cards

Purchase as many keno cards as you wish; the more cards you have, the more likely you will be able to match numbers.

Marking cards

Just like in the game of bingo, you will mark the numbers that are called or displayed. Cards come with 8 rows and 10 ten columns. You can either choose the numbers yourself or use the quick pick function. Different cards offer a different amount of numbers you will be able to choose; this ranges from 1 to 20 depending on which you have chosen.

Placing a Bet

The amount of money you can bet varies from site to site, but most will allow up to a $20 bet. You will have to decide how many games you want to play and how much you want on each card. Obviously, the higher your bet the greater your winnings will be.

You will receive a copy of your ticket once you have decided on a bet. Make sure to pay attention and check that what you have marked is correct.

While playing online, the numbers will be randomly generated and will be displayed on your screen.

Declaring Wins

Once you have managed to get all the numbers, you will be required to submit your card so that it can be checked for authenticity. Once the game is over, you will only have to wait another 4 minutes before the next game begins.

Bonus Bets

Many sites will offer a bonus of some sort.  These bonuses are referred to as either boosters, bonuses, or a bull’s eye. These will often cost a little extra, but will also reward you quite decently should you win.
