How do you create $5 betting cards?

The betting card is one of the oldest bets around, and also one of the worst from a betting standpoint. I’ll come clean here and admit I helped pay my way through college in the early 80s by selling those cards. Honestly, very few people win on those. Why? Because of the nature of the card. You must pick at least three games (some cards make you pick four) and you must get all the games correct. That’s not easy to do. And if one of your games ties (which is a push in every casino or any on-line site) you lose on the card. But the card has survived because it’s convenient, easy to get, and most bettors don’t even realize the cards are not legal.
