Bundesliga Week 27 Betting Preview & Results Prediction

Leaders Bayern Munich are close to certainties at home to struggling Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday and will be widely predicted to win by at least a couple of goals.

The chances of Adi Hutter’s side winning at the Allianz Arena look infinitesimal now that Hansi Flick has restored order, with much having changed since Eintracht won 5-1 in the reverse fixture when Niko Kovac was coach in November. That said, a shock in favor of the guests isn’t implausible even at +1500 (16.00), and the draw could also be worth a small wager at +650 (7.50), courtesy of Pointsbet for customers in New Jersey.

Like Bayern, Borussia Dortmund were victorious in their return to play and ran to a 4-0 trouncing of Schalke at home. They’ll encounter a much stiffer test away to in-form Wolfsburg, who are unbeaten in seven domestic matches.

The Black and Yellows should have too much for their hosts—which is reflected in their -133 (1.75) odds—but a Dortmund win with both teams to score looks a more valuable punt at +215 (3.15).

A winner looks tough to predict when Borussia Monchengladbach welcome Bayer Leverkusen, a derby of sorts between two teams from North Rhine-Westphalia. Peter Bosz’s visitors extended their unbeaten run to 11 matches after hammering Werder Bremen 4-1 in Week 26, and the motivation of leapfrogging their hosts up to third—at least temporarily—is a driving factor.

Again, the match result with both teams to score is predicted to hold the value here, with ‘Gladbach +275 (3.75) to win under those circumstances while Leverkusen are an even higher price of +320 (4.20).

Even considering their slight drop in form of late, few might have predicted RB Leipzig would fail to beat Freiburg at home last time out. They visit Mainz on Sunday eager to get back to winning ways and are being tipped for the win on the moneyline. Mainz have rediscovered form recently and lost only one of their last six, posing a potential problem for Julian Nagelsmann’s side despite the 11 places between one another.

Punters may fancy predicting a draw at +350 (4.50), but if it’s a special you’re after, SugarHouse NJ sportsbook offers New Jersey residents a boosted price of +300 (4.00) for Leipzig star Timo Werner to score more goals than the hosts on the day.

Hertha Berlin won big at Hoffenheim in their return to league action, with forward Matheus Cunha scoring a Goal of the Matchday contender to cap off a fine 3-0 victory. They face capital rivals Union Berlin as +125 (2.25) favorites on Friday, and a FoxBet odds boost has Cunha listed at a handsome +400 (5.00) to score as part of a Hertha win.

Union won the reverse fixture 1-0 back in November but are currently on a four-match winless run, having conceded at least two goals in each of those outings.
