First Scoring Play – LA Field Goal
The odds for the first score always favor each team scoring a touchdown. You can find great value in picking a field goal.
I’m going with the Rams to score first and do so with a field goal. The odds are at +370, giving you a great return on something that is highly probable.
Stafford Over 281.5 Yards Passing
Twenty points was enough for the Rams to beat the 49ers in the NFC Championship. Even with just 20 points, Stafford threw for 337 yards.
They won’t lose the Super Bowl for the lack of throwing the ball. Stafford may throw an interception or two, but that would even put them in a hole to have to throw more. I’m taking him to reach his over for passing yards, which is set on Caesars at 281.5.
Mixon Under 63.5 Yards Rushing
Joe Mixon had 88 yards rushing in the AFC Championship game, against what was a weak Chiefs defense. Many of those yards came at the end of the game with the team already in field goal range.
In the Super Bowl, he will have to go up against Von Miller and Aaron Donald. Much of the game will be won or lost with quarterback play. No difference here. The ball will be in the hands of Joe Burrow, and I doubt they ever have a large enough lead to run the ball on a regular basis. I’m taking Mixon’s under.
Super Bowl Parlays

Here are my best Super Bowl parlay bets on Caesars.
- Burrow Passing TD Over 1.5 + Stafford Interceptions Over 0.5 + Beckham Jr. Receiving Yards Over 64.5.
This 3-leg parlay is at +430 on Caesars. Burrow is going to have to throw for at least two touchdowns if the Bengals are going to be in the game.
On the other side, Stafford will be throwing the ball plenty. Have to think he had at least one interception. And Odell Beckham Jr. will shine on the big stage. I believe he will be a big factor and hit his over for receiving yards.
