The first-place Geelong Cats are 10-1 heading into Round 12 of the Australian Football League and meet up with a top-eight club in the sixth-place Richmond Tigers this Friday at the MCG.

The Cats are in tremendous form, obviously, and are -9.5 point favorites over RIchmond and are -177 on the money line with a takeback of +140 on the Tigers at DraftKings Sportsbook. The total on the game is 162 1/2 at Draftkings Sportsbook.

DraftKings Sportsbook offers a wide array of lines and propositions on all Australian Football League games.

If you like your sports betting in the middle-of-the-night in the United States, Aussie Football brings a terrific amount of action and betting options every weekend during the season.
Coming off an 85-63 win over Sydney, usually a tough spot for the Cats, Geelong will be up against the Richmond Team that is coming off a 99-62 loss to North Melbourne Kangaroos. Richmond is 7-4 so far this season.
  • Richmond has lost 15 of the last 16 meetings against Geelong when coming off a loss.
  • The Cats are 8-3 ATS this season, while Richmond is 6-5 ATS. The TIgers have gone UNDER in seven of 11 contests this season.
  • The game will be played at 5:50 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time on Friday.
Some clubs have a bye in Round 12, but late Friday evening (11:45 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time) the Carlton Blues meet the Brisbane Lions at Marvel Stadium
The Lions are a -16.5 favorite over the Blues at DraftKings Sportsbook with a total of 169.5. Brisbane is -250 on the money line with a take back of +195 on Carlton.
Carlton is in last place with a 1-10 record and have failed to cover in seven of the last eight meetings against Brisbane. A coaching change after the last game may not be enough to turn around the fortunes of Carlton, which has lost 39 of its last 43 AFL matches, losing to Essendon, 74-33, in Week 11.
The Lions have had a resurgence, now 7-4 overall and in fifth place with 28 points from 11 matches after a great comeback against Hawthorne at the Gabba. Brisbane crushed the Blues, 120-55, in Round 16 of last season, easily covering 25 1/2 points.
Early Saturday (2:35 a.m. Eastern Time), North Melbourne is a -17.5 point favorite over the Gold Coast Suns. The total is 145.5. North Melbourne is -265 on the money line. All lines provided by DraftKings Sportsbook.
Both teams are under 500 (Suns 3-8 SU, Kangaroos 4-7 SU), but the Suns own this matchup having covered nine of their last 10 matches against North Melbourne. This game will be played at Metricon Stadium in Queensland.
North Melbourne is coming off a pair of wins, while the ‘Roos have responded positively since making their own coaching change, including the win over the Tigers last week. The Suns lost to the Greater Western Sydney Giants, 126-43, last weekend for a seventh-straight loss.
Gold Coast was getting 52.5 points in the Round 16 meeting last year, covering the number in a 95-58 defeat. Gold Coast has gone 7-4 to the UNDER this season.
On Saturday morning (at 5:40 a.m. Eastern Time), the GWS Giants are -4.5 over Adelaide at the Oval with a total of 164..5 at DraftKings Sportsbook. GWS is -137 on the money line.

The Giants are 8-3 and in second place in the AFL, while the Crows reside in eighth at 6-5.

The Crows have been awesome as a home underdog of late, covering eight of their last nine here when getting points. Adelaide won 90-88 over the Melbourne Demons last week with a 32-14 fourth quarter push.
Meanwhile, GWS defeated the Crows twice last season and are 8-3 against the number this season.
Early on Sunday (1:20 a.m. Eastern Time), the West Coast Eagles are a -6.5 favorite over Sydney with a total of 158.5 at the Sydney Cricket Ground. The Eagles are -155 on the money line. All lines are from DraftKings Sportsbooks.

The Eagles are currently 8-3 and sitting fourth in the table, while the Swans reside in 15th with an opposite mark of 3-8.

Sydney won and covered two meetings last season, including a 115-86 win as a 20.5 point favorite at home and another cover here as a -15.5 road favorite later in the season. These two teams have combined to go UNDER in 14 of 22 matches this season.
The shortened schedule ends with a match that will be played on Monday morning at 1:20 a.m. (Eastern Time) when Collingwood will be a -17.5 favorite over the Demons at the MCG.
The Magpies are 8-3 and sit third, while Melbourne is at 3-8. It should be noted, however, the Collingwood is just 4-7 ATS this season, as is Melbourne. The Demons have also gone 7-4 to the UNDER this season. Melbourne is just 1-5 ATS this year at the MCG.
