3 UEFA Champions League Match Day 6 for bettors on December 8

Author: americangambler | Last Updated: December 4, 2020

We are finally here.

Match Day 6 of the UEFA Champions League, and it is still all to play for in six of the groups.

Tuesday, Groups E-H play, with three knockout stage spots up for grabs.

Two of the games below are basically playoffs for the knockout stage, unless something goofy happens in Paris (PSG Basaksehir), with the other one a straight shootout for top spot in the group.

So here we go, the top three games to watch and wager Tuesday, December 8 with William Hill promotional offer for NJ and other states.

Group F Games Predictions

  • Lazio (-125) vs. Club Brugge (+335), draw (+275); Teams drew 1-1 on Match Day 2
  • Tuesday, Dec. 8, 12:55 p.m. EST (CBS All Access, TUDNXTRA, and Fubo.tv)

Borussia Dortmund is through already, but Lazio can still win the group, while Brugge is playing for second place.

This was a tough game way back in late October, but Lazio gets the home “advantage”, not having to travel for the contest. The Italian side is favored, and just needs a draw to advance.

Prediction: Lazio should find a way to win a close one.

Group G Games Predictions

  • Barcelona (+115) vs. Juventus (+230), draw (+255); Barcelona won 2-0 on Match Day 2
  • Tuesday, Dec. 8, 3 p.m. EST (CBS All Access, TUDNXTRA, and Fubo.tv)

Both teams are already through to the Round-of-16, but there is a huge difference finishing first or second in the group. The runner up is almost certain to get a brutal draw next round.

Oh, and there is that Lionel Messi Cristiano Ronaldo matchup as well. No big deal, just the two best players on the planet making acquaintances once again in Barcelona. Ronaldo did not play in the first game, a 2-0 win for Barca in Turin.

Prediction: Barcelona is playing better right now, and I would fancy them to get a result at home.

Group H Games Predictions

  • RB Leipzig (+165) vs. Manchester United (+150), draw (+265); United won 5-0 on Match Day 2
  • Tuesday, Dec. 8, 3 p.m. EST (CBS All Access, TUDNXTRA, and Fubo.tv)

Three teams in Group H come into this day even on nine points. Assuming PSG wins at home against Istanbul Basaksehir, the United Leipzig game is a knockout match. United holds the advantage if the teams draw, thanks to a 5-0 win on Match Day 2. There is no Dayot Upamecano for Leipzig, which could be decisive. But do you really trust this United team, and manager, in a big spot?

Prediction: Game is even late, and United hit for a late winner on the break.
