Hawaii Lottery

One of only a handful of states in the union without a lottery, it goes without saying Hawaii has some of the strictest gambling laws of any state. This may be changing though as the state has legislation pending to create a lottery to help combat homelessness. As with sports betting, only time will tell but, one thing is for sure, the effort is growing.
