Every time that a bill has been brought up to regulate DFS in Wisconsin, it has failed to pass.
Popular Sports in The Badger State

Luckily, Wisconsin horse racing betting is legal. Pari-mutuel wagering was approved in 1987, but there are no live racetracks in the state. Several greyhound tracks opened in the early 90s, which all eventually closed.
