Montana has some tough gambling laws and no one knows this more than the DFS industry. Wagering on fantasy sports is illegal in the state and there are no DFS sites accepting money there. Their lottery does have its own form of DFS wager but it is much different than what is offered from DFS sites such as DraftKings and FanDuel.

No DFS sites are legal in Montana.
