Montana law allows for advance deposit wagering by sites licensed with the state. Those horse racing betting online websites are:

  • AmWager
  • Dayatthetrack
  • DRFBets
  • NYRABets
  • Offtrackbetting
  • TVG
  • Twinspires
  • XpressBet
  • bspot.com (offers horse racing betting in addition to quirky racing-infused games).

Montana off-track betting network

Montana also has a small off-track betting network with simulcasting parlors in Billings, Helena, Great Falls, Kalispell, Miles City and Missoula.

The state formerly had several small racetracks, but by 2018 was down to one: the Great Falls Turf Club, which conducted a five-day meeting offering thoroughbred, quarter horses and mixed breed races in the summer at the state fairgrounds.

Great Falls Turf Club is located at Great Falls, MT 59403.

Gambling Overview

Laws in the Treasure State allow residents 18 and older to wager on poker and other card games, keno, bingo and video gambling machines with a maximum $2 bet and $800. It also authorizes tribal casinos, Montana horse racing, legal sports betting and a lottery.
