MLB World Series odds: Red-hot Twins jump up future prices

MLB World Series

What a first two months it has been for the Minnesota Twins.

With all the super teams around Major League Baseball, like the two-time National League champion Los Angeles Dodgers (37-19), the reigning World Series winner Boston Red Sox (29-27), the vaunted New York Yankees (36-19), or the 2017 World Series champion and beaten 2018 American League Championship Series side Houston Astros (37-20), it is the Twins that have the best record in baseball heading into the games on Thursday, May 30.

Many people though Minnesota would break out last year, but it turned out that this team just needed one more season of seasoning at this level.

The Twins have rocketed up the World Series winner futures betting, and are now listed at +1200 on BetStars NJ. On the Fan Duel site, their odds are even shorter: +800.

Houston is the current favorite with both sites, listed at +333 on BetStars NJ and +350 on Fan Duel.

Betstars has Minnesota listed as the sixth favorite.
