Which are the three biggest Match Day 6 UEFA Europa League games this week in December 2020?
With many of the groups decided, there are really just a handful of games that mean something, and have teams actually playing for something.
Here are the ones that look like the best value bets, and also matches where you can most likely guarantee will have strong lineups out on the pitch.
EPL Matchday 6: Previews & Predictions (December 2020)
Napoli (+110) vs. Real Sociedad (+230), draw (+260); Napoli won 1-0 MD 2
12:55 p.m. EST (CBS All Access, TUDNXTRA)
I thought Real Sociedad was going to roll through this group. Currently, Sociedad sits second in the La Liga table. But if the Spanish team does not win Thursday, they probably go out, because AZ will most likely win. But Napoli has to make sure it gets a result, too, because wins for Alkmaar and Sociedad would see the Italian side exit the competition.
Prediction: I would go with Napoli, maybe on the +110 money line, or on the draw no bet line.
Maccabi Tel Aviv (+120) vs. Sivasspor (+220), draw (+240); Maccabi won 2-1 MD 2
3 p.m. EST (CBS All Access, TUDNXTRA, and Fubo.tv)
While VIllareal has won Group I, these two teams have a Match Day 6 “playoff” game to see which team finishes second. Maccabi Tel Aviv won the first game, and has the advantage at home knowing they just need a draw to advance.
Prediction: Either take Maccabi draw no bet at odds of -167 or -0.25 Asian handicap at odds of -110 at William Hill USA.
Wolfsberger AC (+170) vs. Feyenoord (+140), draw (+270); Wolfsberger won 4-1 MD 2
Much like Maccabi in the above Group I, Wolfsberger AC comes into this “playoff” with a two-point advantage over Feyenoord in Group K, playing at home, knowing a draw is good enough to move into the Round-of-32. The Austrian team also knows it beat Feyenoord 4-1 in the Netherlands already.
Prediction: Wolfsberger draw no bet at odds of +102
