The Gunners will be particularly motivated to add the trophy having finished the Premier League campaign eighth, meaning an FA Cup win is their only route into next season’s UEFA Europa League. Chelsea, on the other hand, will appear in the UEFA Champions League after finishing fourth, leaving the FA Cup more as a matter of pride for Frank Lampard’s men.
Despite that difference, Chelsea lead the bookmakers predictions at +120 (2.20) to win the 2020 final ahead of Arsenal, who are +225 (3.25) underdogs at PointsBet (NJ, Colorado, Indiana).

2020 FA Cup Betting Predicitons
The Blues have won eight FA Cups and were last crowned champions in 2018. London rivals Arsenal have won the tournament 13 times—more than any other club—and most recently lifted the FA Cup in 2017 when they beat Chelsea 2-1.
There are similarities apparent between both teams at present, with former players currently installed as managers and each club looking considerably stronger on home soil. Even their recent form is close to identical with three wins and two defeats in each of their last five games.
Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal may have beat defending FA Cup champions Manchester City 2-0 to reach this point, but Chelsea also impressed beating Manchester United 3-1 in their own semi-final.
It is a worry for Lampard—a four-time FA Cup champion as a Chelsea player—that his side have lost two finals in this competition to Arsenal (2002, 2017) without returning the favor. However, the first-year manager has made the most of limited options this season and proved his credentials as a manager, boasting a squad that looks superior to Arsenal’s in almost every area.
That’s especially the case in defence, which is where this final could be decided if the Blues can cage Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, the scorer of both their goals in the recent win over City. Remarkably, that semi-final accounts for Arsenal’s only clean sheet in their last six games across all competitions. Chelsea have failed to concede in three of their last seven and might have kept another clean sheet against United were it not for a late penalty.
While Arsenal can sometimes rely on Aubameyang for important goals, Chelsea have a wide variety of scoring threats in the likes of Christian Pulisic, Mason Mount, Tammy Abraham, Willian and former Gunner Olivier Giroud, who has a knack for scoring in this particular contest.
